Peder Jeppesen is one of the younger Danish freehand artists, although he can claim to be in business for more than 40 years: in 1977 he started to work as a pipemaker at Karl Erik Ottendahl and at Peter Nørding. In 2002 he realized his dream and set up his own workshop in Lejre, a small village on the Danish island of Sjælland.
Here he produces handmade pipes under his own name as well as under his old family name "Neerup".
