Bill Ashton-Taylor was working as a pipe maker at the Dunhill factory, before he started his own brand, Ashton, in 1983. When he passed away in 2009, his right hand Jimmy Craig took over the production in the small London workshop.
The collection is strictly English; the pipes are renowned for their outstanding taste, which comes from the special "oil curing" of the briar.
